The coordinator of the project is the Center for Inclusion and Support in the Community, a non-profit, legal entity (association) founded in 2005, and since 2006 it has been developing and implementing inclusive social services and activities in Istria with the aim of improving the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities, namely: organized housing services for 20 people with intellectual disabilities based on the agreement on mutual relations concluded with the ministry responsible for social welfare since 2010, rehabilitation and socialization activities for people with intellectual disabilities based on projects approved by local, national or EU sources, employment of people with with disabilities in regular and protective conditions and the development and implementation of social entrepreneurship activities, the development and implementation of inclusive volunteering activities and the provision of informal education programs for people with intellectual disabilities and other related stakeholders.

In its activities, the Center annually includes about 120 regular users of services and activities in the entire area of ​​Istria, where it has at its disposal premises obtained for use free of charge owned by local self-government units licensed to provide accommodation services, as well as owned and rented apartments for the provision of organized housing services. The center has equipment and adequate professional staff with rich and many years of experience in the sector, and due to the contracted social services, it also has regular sources of financing.

IPAK Institute for Symbolic Analysis and Development of Information Technologies has been operating since 2000, in the areas of development and use of information technologies, promotion of science, invention and innovation, education and development of new educational methods, motivation of creativity, creative communities and volunteering, regional development, promotion of social innovations, humanities and development of services for people with disabilities. It develops educational (education, courses, workshops), publishing (publishing books and other publications) and research activities (activity of the research group).

The vision of the IPAK Institute is to contribute to social and economic development at the local, regional and global level through the wise use of modern technologies, the development of creativity and social innovations.

The Croatian Association of Associations of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities was founded in 1957 in Zagreb as the Society for Aid to Persons with Intellectual Disabilities. Since its beginnings, it has been a member of the International League of National Federations of Persons with Mental Handicap (ILSMH), which is today's global organization for intellectual disabilities, Inclusion International. Since 2006, he has been a member of Inclusion International's European branch, Inclusion Europe, although due to a lack of funds, these activities are temporarily on hold.

The Croatian Federation of Associations of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities gathers 31 basic associations and 40 clubs for persons with intellectual disabilities with more than 10,000 members, for whose benefit it works.
